George Brown Externally funded Assist-On Scholarship 2021

George Brown College, Canada invites applications for George Brown Externally Funded Assist-On Scholarship 2021 from diploma, degree or certificate program students enrolled in the college. The scholarship aims to award international students based on their academic performance and community involvement. Selected students will receive the awards of CAD 1,000.

George Brown College, Canada is offering this scholarship.
 

To be eligible, an applicant must:

• Be an international student 
• Be registered in a diploma, degree or certificate program
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.3 
• Be actively involved in the community (college and/or external)

The selected students will get an award of CAD 1,000 

Follow the steps below to apply for the scholarship:

Step 1: Visit the STU-VIEW portal of the university.
Step 2: Log in with your registered ID and password.
Step 3: Select the scholarship you wish to apply for.
Step 4: Start your scholarship application and upload all the required documents
Step 5: Submit your scholarship application.

The selection of the candidates will be made by the selection committee selected students will be notified by February 28, 2021.
 

Application deadline: 22nd January 2021

• All of the recipients are required to have a valid Canadian Social Insurance Number (SIN). 
• The amount of scholarship award is considered as a part of a student’s taxable income for the year.  
• The decision of the selection committee is final and cannot be appealed.
• Successful scholarship recipients can not apply for a second scholarship or bursary at the university.
• Awards are only meant for returning students.
