University of Canterbury, New Zealand invites applications for Guardian Trust Master’s Scholarship in Commerce 2020 from commerce master’s students. This scholarship is intended to support the master’s study of a meritorious commerce student at the University of Canterbury. NZD 16,500 annually will be awarded to selected students.

To be eligible, an applicant must:

• Be enrolled for a master’s degree in the Faculty of Commerce at University of Canterbury
• Meet the academic requirements of the intended programme

Financial assistance of NZD 16,500 will be given to the selected students annually.

The scholarship will be awarded by the Council of the University, on the recommendation of the selection committee. The selection committee will comprise the Vice-Chancellor of the University and the Dean of Commerce.

Application deadline - 15th October 2020

• Student’s academic achievement will be considered for the shortlisting of candidates.
• The scholarship is tenable for up to 120 points of enrolment.
• The scholarship amount will be paid to the student’s New Zealand bank account on a monthly instalment basis.
• Continuation of the scholarship completely depends upon the student’s academic progress and adherence to the University’s guidelines.
