    Overview

    This programme prepares students for a career as Chartered General Practice Surveyors, professionals involved in the valuation, management of property, as well as investment in and development of property across the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. They may also be involved in structuring the deals for sales and acquisitions of properties.

    Study Real Estate at GCU and you will gain the knowledge and experience to undertake property valuations, carry out development appraisals, provide advice on property investment, manage property assets, real estate sales and acquisitions and to become a Chartered Surveyor. You'll also benefit from a one year paid work experience which you can use towards RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) status. The BSc Real Estate degree is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the course qualifies you for RICS graduate membership.
