Dorothy Marchus Senesh Fellowship for Women 2021

International Peace Research Association Foundation invites applications for Dorothy Marchus Senesh Fellowship 2021 for women pursuing peace and development studies from countries in the Global South region. The purpose of this fellowship is to encourage women students for undertaking peace & development research across the world. Selected fellows will receive financial assistance for masters/post-graduate studies after a completing bachelor's programme.

International Peace Research Association Foundation is offering this scholarship under its Sixteenth Biennial Award (2020-2021).

To be eligible, an applicant must:

• Be a female student from countries in the Global South region.
• Have completed a Bachelor's degree.
• Be enrolled/accepted in a graduate/post-graduate programme.

USD 5,000 per year for two years will be provided to two deserving candidates for their graduate/postgraduate studies.

• Complete application form
• Letter of acceptance to graduate/postgraduate program
• 3 letters of recommendation

Selections of fellows will be based on financial need, eligibility criteria and required information submitted by the applicants.

Results announcement: April 01, 2021

• Only English and Spanish forms will be accepted. 
• Male candidates cannot avail this scholarship.
• Funds will only be dispersed when the selected female candidate is admitted into a graduate/post-graduate program.
• This fellowship program is not for research purposes or proposals
