The Mercatus Center at George Mason University is offering this opportunity.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• be from any nationality
• be a graduate 
• be enrolled in master's, juris doctoral (JD), or doctoral (PhD) programs
• have an interest in public policy and the Mercatus Center's approach to research and outreach
• be able to commit to travelling during 2 weekends for the seminar during the academic year

The selected fellows will receive a total award of up to $5,000 (approx. ₹4,50,735.92) for 1 year, which includes a stipend, all required readings, and travel and lodging to attend colloquia hosted by the Mercatus Center. The program will arrange and cover travel and lodging associated with the fellowship.
