Global Citizen Scholarship 2025-26

The Global Citizen Scholarship 2025-26 is offered by the Global Indian International School to class 10 students appearing for the board examination. It provides an exceptional learning experience that will equip the student to become a global citizen and facilitate access to reputable universities and prominent undergraduate programs worldwide. The selected candidates will receive up to 100% waiver on fees and hostel charges.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• be a student of class 10 who is going to appear for the board examination
• have scored:
  • CBSE/ ICSE/ State Board Applicants - 85% or above in Class 9 annual and Class 10 pre-board examination
  • IGCSE/GCSE Applicants - 7A or above in Class 9 and 8A or above in Class 10 pre-board examination
  • Other Boards - 85% or above equivalent in Class 9 annual and Class 10 pre-board examination
• wish to pursue Class 11 and 12 on a Global School Group campus

Selected students will receive the scholarship in the following manner:-

Note:-

• ‘Fee’ refers to the gross fees excluding exam bus fees, overseas trips etc and if permitted by local education authority.
• The scholarship is applicable on tuition fees and does not apply to one-time registration fees, transport/bus fees, uniform and miscellaneous fees etc.

Candidates will be assessed based on their performance in the past two years, board examinations, and online scholarship examinations. Selected candidates will be notified via email within 10 working days for a one-to-one interview.

• Incorrect and incomplete applications will be rejected.
• Falsification of any information, if discovered, will result in disqualification. Disqualified applicants will have to repay the amount of scholarship provided.
• Candidates are required to complete the full academic term.
• Scholarship candidates must pay their school fees.
• Candidates who receive the scholarship in mid-year will have that year counted as one full year in their scholarship tenure.
• Candidates leaving their studies in the middle of a term will be ineligible to receive the scholarship for that particular term.
• The scholarship is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
• The scholarship is renewable for the second year, subject to a review of the satisfactory performance of the candidate.
• Candidates receiving funding from any other source will be ineligible for any new scholarship benefits from the GSG.
• The parent of an accepted applicant must sign a scholarship DEED to confirm acceptance of the scholarship within 7 working days from the date of the notification of results.
• All newly admitted successful applicants must complete their registration within two weeks and enrol in the school within 90 days of receiving the scholarship offer unless the school specifies otherwise.
• The scholarship may be withdrawn if the school finds the holder’s progress or behaviour unsatisfactory.
• Scholarship recipients must serve as student ambassadors for Global Schools Group and participate in community involvement programs as directed by the school.
• The scholarship committee’s decision is final and binding.
