• be a bachelor's student graduating in 2027 or
• be a master's student graduating in 2027 
• have a passion for urban development and policy
• have strong quantitative and qualitative skills

Note:-

• Students graduating in December 2026 are also eligible for consideration.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a concentration in urban planning, real estate development/finance, economic development, public policy, housing finance, sustainability, or related fields.

The selected summer analysts will receive a monthly stipend of $6,000 (approx. ₹5,38,602.00).
