ICAR-IARI Division of Genetics Student Internship 2022

ICAR-IARI Division of Genetics Student Internship 2022 is a research opportunity offered by ICAR- Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi for students pursuing a postgraduate degree. The selected interns are required to work on SERB funded project titled - “Analyses of Genetic Variability and Validation of Candidate Genes for Folate (vitamin B9) Accumulation in Maize Kernel." The selected intern will receive INR 5,000 per month.

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) are offering this internship.

To be eligible, an applicant must -

• Be pursuing postgraduate degree in genetics & plant breeding or any other life science field

Desirable Qualification-

• Have research experience in maize genetics & breeding or experience in biochemical assessment of seeds

The selected intern will receive INR 5,000 per month.
