IIT Roorkee Centre of Nanotechnology Post-Doctoral Fellowship 2021

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee is inviting applications for IIT Roorkee Centre of Nanotechnology Post-Doctoral Fellowship 2021 from PhD degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, “Design and development of a biofilm modulated antibiotic releasing coating system for orthopaedic implants". The selected fellows will receive INR 55,000 per month for first two years and INR 60,000 per month for the third year.

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee is offering this fellowship.

To be eligible, an applicant must-

• Hold a PhD degree in Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Biomedical/Biomaterials/Bio-nanotechnology with quality publications in related fields and relevant working experience

Candidates who have recently submitted their doctoral thesis are also eligible subject to the condition that they will furnish the proof of award of PhD at the time of interview.

The selected fellows will receive INR 55,000 per month for first two years and INR 60,000 per month for the third year. Additionally, the fellows will also receive a contingency grant of INR 50,000 per annum.

All the fellows will be selected on the basis of their performance in the interview and relevant experience.
