The International Excellence Scholarship (Postgraduate) February 2026 is an opportunity offered by the University of Surrey to students pursuing full-time postgraduate courses. To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• be an overseas fee-paying student.
• hold an offer to study a full-time master’s programme.
• be self-funded, paying for studies independently rather than being sponsored or receiving another scholarship.
• apply for the scholarship before the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) is issued, as the award cannot be applied after CAS issuance.

Ineligibility criteria:

• Applicants must not be a student from the Surrey International Study Centre (SISC).
• They should not be enrolled in part-time, distance-learning programmes, MSc Pharmaceutical Sciences, MSc Biotechnology, or the MBA course.

The selected candidates shall receive a fee waiver of £5,000 (₹5,79,211 approx.).
