Karen McKellin International Leader of Tomorrow Award 2022

Karen McKellin International Leader of Tomorrow Award 2022 is an initiative for undergraduate applicants. This scholarship aims to recognize and reward deserving students on a need and merit basis. The selected students will receive financial assistance for tuition, fees and living costs. 

The University of British Columbia is offering this scholarship. 
 

To be eligible, an applicant must:

• Be an international student ready to study in Canada on a Canadian study permit
• Be going to attend UBC from a recognized secondary school, college, or another university
• Be applying for the first undergraduate degree
• Meet University’s general admission requirements, degree-specific requirements, and the English Language Admission Standard
• Have a superior academic achievement 
• Be able to represent the financial need without which he/she will not be able to attend the UBC

Financial assistance for tuition fees and living costs will be provided to the selected students.

• A true copy of the official transcripts of academic certificate 
• The official result of University’s English Language Admission Standard

The selections will be made after the evaluation of the application form and documents submitted by the applicants. 
 

Application Deadline: 31st December 2021
 

• A candidate can specify two-degree choices in the application, only the first-choice degree will be considered for this award.
• Applicants must meet UBC’s English Language Standard Requirement.
• A candidate nominated for a Karen McKellin International Leader of Tomorrow Award will not be considered for other merit-based awards.
