KTH India Scholarship 2024

KTH India Scholarship 2024 is an opportunity offered by the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden, in collaboration with the KTH India Foundation*, to postgraduate applicants from India. The selected candidates will receive a scholarship that covers the tuition fee for the two years master's degree programme.

*The KTH India Scholarship Foundation was established in 2012 through a donation made by an anonymous donor and awards two scholarships each year.

The KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden, in collaboration with the KTH India Foundation is offering this scholarship.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• be an Indian citizen
• have completed an undergraduate programme from a recognised university in India
• have been admitted for a master's programme at KTH Royal Institute of Technology
• be a fee-paying student

Note:-  

• The students who have received a conditional offer of admission to a master's programme at KTH are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
• This scholarship is not open for students pursuing various master's degree programmes, It's not open to those who are enrolled in joint master's programmes or programs that require mandatory exchange studies, like the Master's program in Railway Engineering.

The selected students will be awarded a scholarship covering the full tuition fee for their two-year master's degree programme at KTH.

Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through the following steps:-
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID).
Step 3: Read the details and click on the 'Apply now' button.
Step 4: Read the guidelines carefully, and complete the application form.
Step 5: Fill in the required details carefully, tick the checkbox, and click on 'Send application'.
Step 6: A pop-up for successful submission will appear on the screen, and a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.

Note:-  Since it's impossible to modify application details after submitting, applicants are advised to carefully review and confirm all information before submission.

The scholarship will be primarily awarded based on the academic excellence of the students. After an initial assessment for admission, shortlisted candidates will be further evaluated for scholarship based on eligibility and the following criteria:-

• The applicant's grades (GPA or equivalent)
• The ranking of the university that awarded the applicant's bachelor's degree
• The applicant's motivation, relevant work experience, and extra-curricular activities

Note:- Applicants from Mumbai metropolitan area and Pune will be prioritised according to the foundation’s statutes.
