    What is KWI International Fellowship Program 2026?

    The KWI International Fellowship Programme 2025 is offered by the Kulturwissenschaftliches Institut Essen (Institute for Advanced Study in the Humanities).     • have up to six years of post-doctoral experience

    • be proficient in English 

    Note: 

    • Post-doctoral experience is counted from the date of PhD completion (PhDs completed in 2020 or later are eligible for this application).
    • The programme is open to individual researchers only; applications from groups or teams will not be considered.
    • Early-career and senior researchers from all countries are encouraged to apply.

    What are the benefits ?

    The selected fellows will receive a monthly stipend of €3,000.
