NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Program 2026-27

The NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Program 2025 is offered by NVIDIA, a prestigious fellowship supporting outstanding PhD students engaged in research that drives innovation in accelerated computing and its applications. Selected students will receive a scholarship award of USD 60,000 (Approx 524,630.00) along with an opportunity to work closely with leading NVIDIA researchers through a mandatory summer internship.

NVIDIA Corporation, a global leader in GPU computing and AI innovation, is offering this fellowship.

To be eligible, applicants must:-

• have completed at least one year of PhD studies at the time of application
• be majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• be enrolled as a full-time PhD student during the 2026–2027 academic year (not graduating before May/June 2027)
• be actively engaged in research as part of their PhD thesis
• be available for an in-person summer internship at one of NVIDIA’s global research offices
• not be an immediate family member of a current NVIDIA employee

Note:- The award is disbursed to the student’s university, not directly to the student.

The selected students will receive:-
