Stephen M. Kellen Scholarship 2021

Sciences Po American Foundation invites applications for Stephen M. Kellen Scholarship 2021. It is a merit-based scholarship designed to attract the brightest and most deserving students to the Dual BA program between Sciences Po and Freie Universität Berlin.
The scholarship offers students coverage of tuition fees for 2 years along with a yearly living allowance of up to USD 7000. The scholarship encourages young individuals to navigate both German and French cultures.

The scholarship is being offered by Sciences Po American Foundation.

To be eligible for this scholarship, the candidate must be admitted at Sciences Po's dual BA with Freie Universität Berlin.

The winners of the scholarship will receive the following benefits-

• Tuition fee coverage for 2 years
• Living allowance of USD 6000 per year for the two years spent on Sciences Po's French-German European Campus in Nancy
• Living allowance of USD 7000 per year for the two years spent at the Otto-Suhr-Institut of Freie Universität

Step 4: Send the completed application form along with the required documents by mail to scholarship@usscpo.org before the application deadline.

• Duly-filled application form
• Personal statement in English describing the applicant's motivation to study in the city of Berlin (1000 words)
• Essay on "Populism and Democracy in Europe” (2000 words)

Note: While writing the essay, please develop a guiding question that problematizes the issue.
