    What is TC Beirne School of Law Postgraduate Scholarship for International Students 2021?

    The TC Beirne School of Law at the University of Queensland is inviting applications for Postgraduate Scholarship for International Students 2021 from students seeking admission in a master's coursework in law. The students with outstanding academic excellence and interest in the law career will receive up to 50% tuition fee for the undertaken course.

    The scholarship is being offered by the University of Queensland.

    Who can apply for this scholarship ?

    To be eligible, an applicant must - 

    • Have applied for admission to any of the following postgraduate coursework in law -
      • Master of Laws (LLM)
      • Master of International Law (MIL)
      • Master of International Commercial Law (MICLaw)
      • Dual Degree program
    • Be proficient in the English language
    • Not hold any similar scholarship

    What are the benefits ?

    A total of four scholarships are awarded to students, out of which two scholarships cover 50% tuition fees and the other two scholarships cover 25% tuition fees for the undertaken course.

    What are the documents required for the TC Beirne School of Law Postgraduate Scholarship for International Students 2021?

    • Evidence of English proficiency (e.g. IELTS score)

    What are the selection criteria ?

    The students are shortlisted on the basis of their academic excellence and interest in law career. Furthermore, the shortlisted candidates may be required to participate in a Skype interview for final selection.

    Terms and Conditions

    • The scholarship award does not include travel expenses, living expenses, overseas health cover or SSAF (Student Service and  Amenities Fee).
    • Late or incomplete scholarship applications will not be considered.
    • Having a law degree is not a prerequisite for entry to either MIL or MICLaw course.
