Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) 2025

Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) 2025 is an initiative of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A-STAR) for graduate applicants. The selected students will receive a monthly stipend of up to USD 3,200 (approximately ₹ 2,77,224) along with other benefits. 

The *Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A-STAR) is Singapore's leading government agency dedicated to fostering world-class scientific research and talent for a vibrant knowledge-based economy.

This scholarship is being offered by the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A-STAR). 

To be eligible, an applicant must:

• be an Indian national
• be a graduate student
• have excellent academic records and a passion for research 
• have good skills in written and spoken English

Note:- 

• SINGA is intended primarily for international students studying for the first time in Singapore.
• Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents and international students studying/who have studied in Singapore tertiary institutions are not eligible.
• A-STAR may include additional selection criteria based on prevailing scholarship policies. These policies may be amended from time to time without notice.

The selected students will receive the award for up to four years of Ph.D. in the following ways:

• Tuition fees
• A monthly stipend of USD 2,700 (approximately ₹2,34,082) will be increased to USD 3,200 (approximately ₹ 2,77,224) after passing the qualifying examination
• One-time airfare grant of up to USD 1,500
• One-time settling-in allowance of USD 1,000

Step 6: Fill in the application form, upload the relevant documents and submit the form.

The students will be selected based on the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria

• Only shortlisted candidates will be notified within 12 weeks from the application closing date.
• Submit the applications as early as possible.
• Ensure that the information provided during account registration in the application portal is accurate, as the information will be used for verification upon the applicant's first log-in.
• Check and ensure that all data provided in the online application form is correct and accurate before submission. Amendments to the application will not be possible after it is submitted.
