    What is TWAS-ICCBS Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme 2025?

    The TWAS-ICCBS Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme 2025 is an opportunity provided by The World Academy of Sciences  (TWAS) to young scientists from developing countries. It aims to support the passionate researchers who wish to pursue postdoctoral research in organic chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, molecular medicine, pharmacology or physical chemistry. The selected students will receive a monthly stipend and other benefits.

    Who is offering this scholarship ?

    The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS) and the the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS) is offering this opportunity.

    Who can apply for this scholarship ?

    To be eligible, an applicant must:-

    • be nationals of a developing country (including India), other than Pakistan
    • hold a PhD in the field of natural sciences 
    • not be more than 45 years of age on 31 December of the application year
    • not hold a visa for permanent or temporary residency in any developed country
    • be regularly employed and hold a research assignment in a developing country (other than Pakistan)  

    What are the benefits ?

    The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend covering living costs
    (Note: - The monthly stipend will not be convertible to foreign currency.)
