TWAS-NCP Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme 2025

The TWAS-NCP Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme 2025 is an opportunity provided by The World Academy of Sciences  (TWAS) to young scientists from developing countries. It aims to support the students who want to pursue a research project in basic biomedical research in an internationally leading laboratory away from their home institution and city. The selected students will receive a monthly stipend and other benefits.

The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS) is offering this opportunity.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• be permanent residents of a developing country (including India), other than Pakistan
• hold a PhD in the field of natural sciences 
• apply for the fellowship within 5 years of obtaining a PhD degree 
• not be more than 45 years of age on 31 December of the application year
• not hold a visa for permanent or temporary residency in any developed country
• be regularly employed and hold a research assignment in a developing country (other than Pakistan)  

The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend covering living costs
(Note: - The monthly stipend will not be convertible to foreign currency.)
