UCLA Samueli Undergraduate Scholarships 2019

UCLA Samueli School of Engineering's Office of Academic and Student Affairs (OASA) invites applications for UCLA Samueli Undergraduate Scholarships 2019 from undergraduate degree applicants in Engineering majors. More than 100 scholarships are disbursed every year under this scheme. The selected scholars will receive variable awards based on their fulfilment of eligibility criteria. 

The Office of Academic and Student Affairs (OASA) of UCLA Samueli School of Engineering is offering these scholarships. 

To be eligible, an applicant must - 

• Be a current undergraduate student with Engineering Majors at UCLA
• Have obtained a 3.0 GPA in previous examination (applicable for some scholarships) 
• Be involved in leadership and extra-curricular activities
• Be able to demonstrate financial need (if applicable)

Eligible candidates can apply for these scholarships online through following steps -
Step 1: Click here to start the application. 
Step 2: Click on 'Request an Applicant Account' and create an account. 
Step 3: Log in to the applicant account using the registered email id and password. 
Step 4: Select the scholarship to apply for (as per their eligibility)
Step 5: Fill in the application form. 
Step 6: Submit the completed application. 

The selections will be based on the following criteria (unless otherwise states) - 

• Academic merit
• Financial need
• Leadership qualities
• Extra-curricular activities

Application start date: 30th September 2019
Application closing date: 28th October 2019
Application review: November 2019
Final selections: December and January
Notification to recipients: By end of February
