Eligible applicants must fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned below in order to apply for the scholarship programme:-

• Applicants must be Indian citizens with valid Indian passports.
• Applicants must have taken the TOEFL iBT test between 1st April and 15th July 2024 and scored a minimum of 75 out of a total of 120 marks. 
• Students must have an admission offer letter for a full-time on-campus undergraduate or postgraduate program in the UK university for the intake during 2024 Fall or 2025 Spring.

Note:- 

• Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee receiving the scholarship.
• All application information submitted by an applicant, including TOEFL scores and other details, must be accurate and complete. ETS India reserves the right to reject any application in its entirety if provided information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable.
• ETS India reserves the right to withdraw the scholarship if the recipient is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the given terms and conditions or make amendments to the scholarship provisions at any time without prior notice.
• Successful recipient shall inform ETS India of any other scholarship award being received prior or post the date of award of the UK-India TOEFL Scholarship.
• If a candidate qualifies for multiple scholarships, awards, or prizes offered by ETS between April 2024 and September 2024, they are eligible to receive only one. The award with the highest value will be granted.
• Scholarship recipients are expected to participate as the global alumni ambassadors after having completed their graduation. Upon request by ETS India, they will have to share their experiences with prospective applicants on the pre-scholarship and post-scholarship journey.
• Scholarship recipients who withdraw from their course before completion may be required to repay all or part of the scholarship award as per the discretion of ETS India. Medical exceptions along with supporting documentation will be taken into consideration.
• ETS India's responsibility is limited to disbursing the scholarship award (in ₹) to the recipient's designated bank account of the recipient.
• ETS India reserves the final decision on scholarship awards. These decisions are binding on all applicants.

Under the aforementioned terms and conditions of the UK-India TOEFL Scholarship award shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Up to 10 Indian students will be selected to receive one-time scholarship of ₹2,50,000 each.

These funds are intended to provide financial support for college expenses, including but not limited to expenditures on tuition, books, deposits for accommodation and transportation.

As a benefit of receiving the UK-India TOEFL Scholarship, recipients will also serve as TOEFL Student Ambassadors for the duration of their studies. This may involve:

• representing TOEFL as a Student Ambassador at university fairs, educational workshops, or other relevant events
• developing content for marketing and promotional activities, such as writing blog posts or creating video testimonials about their experiences
• participating in relevant international events for students
• engagement as a valued member of the global alumni network under the TOEFL program 

Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship programme using the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Click the ‘Apply Now’ button below.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard and fill in the required details to 'Register'. (Note:- If already registered, log in using the registered email ID.)
Step 3: Read the details carefully and fill in the required details.
Step 4: Tick the checkbox to accept the 'ETS India terms and privacy policy' and click on the submit button.

Students are required to have an ETS ID or an Appointment ID in order to apply for the scholarship. It can be obtained by following the steps given below:-
Step 1: Visit the official website of ETS India.
Step 2: Navigate to the 'Our assessment products' and click on the TOEFL tile.
Step 3: Now, click on the 'REGISTER FOR TOEFL iBT®' and navigate to the 'New User' section to create an account.
Step 4: After successfully creating an account, fill in the required details to 'Register.'

Note:- A panel of NISAU and UK University representatives will select the winners under the scholarship programme. All applications are thoroughly reviewed and considered in a fair and transparent manner. Selection is solely based on the merit criteria.
ETS India will not entertain requests for reconsideration. 

• A copy of a valid passport
• Bank details and a cancelled cheque
• PAN card details
• Academic transcripts, including marksheets and certificates
• An essay on the topic ‘Creating a Social Impact with a UK-based Education' in 500 words
• Highlight of personal & academic achievements

 A panel of NISAU and UK University representatives will select the winners of this scholarship. All applications are thoroughly reviewed in a fair, confidential, and transparent manner. Selection is based on a merit comparison of the applicants.

ETS India will not consider requests for reconsideration.
