University of Birmingham Global Masters Scholarship 2023

The University of Birmingham Global Masters Scholarship 2023 is an initiative of the University of Birmingham for master's degree applicants. This scholarship supports academically talented international students from across the world. Selected candidates will receive a discount of £2,000 GBP on their tuition fees.

The University of Birmingham is offering this scholarship.

To be eligible, the applicants must:

• be an Indian citizen or one of the listed countries
• have received or accepted an offer of admission for a taught master's degree at the University of Birmingham UK Campus to study in the 2023/24 academic year
• be classed by the University as an overseas fee payer for tuition fee purposes
• be able to begin the studies at the University in September/October 2023 on a course delivered on-campus
• have completed online registration by 3rd October 2023
• be academically exceptional and able to provide evidence for this in the scholarship application statement

Note -

• Students seeking to study on a course solely delivered as a ‘distance learning’ programme are not eligible for this scholarship.
• Students applying for programmes in the Birmingham Business School are not eligible for this scholarship but are eligible for other separate MSc and MBA scholarships offered by the business school. 
• Undergraduate programmes including the MBChB, MEng, M.Sci. and M.Pharm. undergraduate programmes are not eligible.
• Postgraduate programmes including MPhil, MRes, MMus and MLit are not eligible. PGDip and PGCert programmes are also not eligible.
• Students studying at the University of Birmingham Dubai campus are not eligible for this scholarship.

Selected candidates will receive £2,000 GBP as a discount and this amount will be deducted from their total tuition fees owed.

Note: The scholarship will be awarded upon enrolment of the successful candidates in September 2023.

Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship by following the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button.
Step 2: Click the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. (Note - If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID)
Step 3: Navigate to the 'How to Apply' section and click on the given link.
Step 4: Read the instructions carefully, fill in the required details, upload the necessary documents and submit. The scholarship will be automatically offered to applicants upon meeting the eligibility criteria. 

Note - To accept the scholarship, applicants will need to formally accept the offer received from the University’s Admissions Office before 31st August 2023.

The students will be selected for the award based on meeting the eligibility criteria.

Application Deadline - 31st August 2023

• Successful candidates will be formally notified via email.
• Candidates also need to pay their net tuition fees for the first year by 1st November 2023 or have set up a payment plan and paid their first instalment.
