University of Oregon ICSP Scholarship 2026

The University of Oregon ICSP Scholarship 2026 is an opportunity offered by the University of Oregon to international students at the University of Oregon. The University of Oregon is offering this opportunity. 

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• be admissible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon.  
• (Note:- New students must apply for admission to the University of Oregon for Fall 2026 by January 15, 2026.)  
• not be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or eligible to receive U.S. federal financial assistance  
• must demonstrate sufficient financial resources in addition to the scholarship  
• have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5

The selected candidates shall receive a partial tuition waiver.

Eligible candidates can apply by following these steps:-

Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID).
Step 3: Scroll down to the ‘How to Apply-New Students’ section.
Step 4: Click on ‘Click here to log into UO Scholarship Dashboard’ link under the title of ‘2 Visit UO Scholarship Dashboard’. 
Step 5: New students shall click on ‘Incoming Students’ and then on ‘Create account’ and use their student ID to create an account for their scholarship application.
Step 6: Once their account is created, they can login to it with their UOID and password to continue with the application.

• Official exam results from the TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo English Test
• Academic transcripts in original language and english translation
• Personal statement
• Two Letters of Recommendation
• Bank statement
• Certificate of deposit, or scholarship letter equal to the cost of one academic year at the University of Oregon

Applicants are selected based on demonstrated financial need, participation in cultural activities, proven performance and presentation skills, strong academic records, and excellent communication abilities.
