The University of Sussex, UK invites applications for Chancellor's International Scholarship 2019 from postgraduate applicants who can demonstrate academic excellence. A total of 25 scholarships will be awarded as a 50% tuition fee reduction. The applicants for the scholarship should be accepted for a full-time Masters degree at the University of Sussex.

- Be classified as overseas for fee purposes
- Have accepted a place on a full-time eligible Masters programme at the University of Sussex in September 2019
- Have excellent grades (UK first class or equivalent)
- Have clear and specific goals with defined links to the course

The selected students will receive a 50% reduction of the overseas tuition fee.

What are the selection criteria ?
- Applications that meet the required criteria will be referred to an academic panel for a decision.
- The Scholarships Office will contact all applicants when a final decision has been made.
What are the important dates ?
- Application deadline- 1 May 2019 (23:59 GMT)
- Final decision- By 1 July 2019
Terms and Conditions
- Only those students can apply for the scholarship who have received and accepted an offer for a place on an eligible Masters course.
- A total of 25 scholarships will be awarded to students.
- The scholarship information will also be added to the candidate's CAS (confirmation of acceptance for studies) for the visa application.
- Applicants must be able to fund the remainder of their tuition fee and cover their living expenses for the duration of the course.
To be considered for the scholarship, an applicant must be:
- Driven and ambitious
- Enthusiastic in working for positive impact after returning to the home country
- Having any relevant work experience, skills or extra-curricular activity that relate to their ambitions and/or the chosen course
- Able to demonstrate excellent grades in their most recent qualification
