    What is UNSW Future of Change India Scholarships 2019?

    The University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia invites applications for UNSW Future of Change India Scholarships 2019 from Indian students who are willing to pursue an undergraduate or postgraduate degree programme at UNSW in 2019. The scholarship aims at supporting the students who have big ideas and seek out a bigger picture of the world around them.

    University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia offers this scholarship to talented Indian students.

    Who can apply for this scholarship ?

    To be eligible, an applicant must -

    • Be a citizen of India and not a resident of Australia
    • Have received an offer of admission to study an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at UNSW starting in 2019
    • Have obtained a minimum of 1 point in All India Senior School Certificate (AISSC), or 2 points in Indian School Certificate (ISC), or at least 2 points in the International Baccalaureate, or at least 1 point at GCE A-levels over academic program entry (for undergraduate applicants)
    • Have completed a bachelor degree with a minimum grade equivalent to UNSW GPA of 70 (for postgraduate applicants)

    Note: For undergraduate admissions, the students must be residing in India prior to commencing the studies at UNSW. However, for postgraduate admissions, the applicants may have a prior residence in Australia.

    What are the benefits ?

    A total of 16 scholarships will be disbursed out of which one scholar will receive a full tuition fee waiver for a minimum duration of the program and the remaining 15 scholars will receive a scholarship worth AUD 10,000 per annum.

    Step 3: Once registered, log in with the registered username and password after selecting the 'I am a' section
    Step 4: Fill all the details.
    Step 5: Upload the testimonial video.
    Step 6: Submit the application.

    What are the selection criteria ?

    Applicants will be assessed on the basis of their

    • Academic merit
    • The digital video testimony

    Terms and Conditions

    • The students are required to submit a digital video testimonial of how a scholarship at UNSW will help them achieve their aspirations.
    • The length of the video should not exceed 2 minutes. 
    • The students are required to submit a YouTube or Vimeo URL to the playable video created in their online application.
