Arturo Falaschi Short-Term Postdoctoral Fellowships, ICGEB, New Delhi 2025, is an opportunity offered by the International Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB), to Ph.D. in Life Science degree holders. The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of US$ 1,749 and other benefits.

The fellowship is being offered by the International Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB).

To be eligible, the applicant must: 

• be a citizen of an ICGEB member state 
• be below 35 years of age
• hold a Ph.D. degree in Life Sciences OR
• have a minimum of 3 years of research experience
• have a good working knowledge of the English language, supported by a proficiency certificate (TOEFL, Cambridge certificate, or equivalent)

The selected fellows will receive a monthly stipend of US$ 1,749.

• English Certificate (TOEFL, Cambridge, or similar) [Note:- This document is not requested when scholastic education has been undertaken in English.]

The ICGEB fellowships selection committee will evaluate complete and endorsed applications received by the closing date. The main criteria for selection include:

• The scientific excellence of the project
• The qualities of the candidate's curriculum vitae (or résumé) and potential benefit for the home country

• ICGEB does not offer financial assistance or administrative support for family members of program participants.
• Support for participation in meetings and courses is generally provided by the Group Leader/Principal Investigator.
• Proof of English proficiency is not required for those whose secondary or higher education was conducted in English.
