CDU Global Excellence Award 2020

Charles Darwin University (CDU) is inviting applications from students commencing their studies at undergraduate or postgraduate level at Charles Darwin University for CDU Global Excellence Award 2020. The selected students will get 50% tuition fee remission in the first year and 10% fee remission for the rest of the duration of the course. 

Charles Darwin University is offering this scholarship. 

To be eligible, an applicant must:

• Be commencing his/her studies at CDU in an undergraduate or postgraduate course for Semester 1, 2020 
• Have demonstrated academic merit
• Have an 80-100 percentile score on the application
• Meet the University’s academic and English language entry requirements
• Not hold another scholarship from an Australian or foreign sponsorship agency

The selected students will get 50% tuition fee remittance in the first year of their course and 10% tuition fee remittance for the rest of the course duration.

Step 3: Submit it with the college admission form.

• Records of academic excellence and high achievement in previous relevant studies 
• Qualification certificates
• Scholarship essay
• Scholarship form
• Two references and a statement outlining why they should be awarded a scholarship

The scholars will be selected on the basis of their academic excellence and high achievement.

Application closes: 30 November 2020 (11:59PM ACST)

• The applicants are required to maintain a full-time enrolment of 40 credit points each semester to ensure the continuation of the scholarship. 
• The students are also required to maintain satisfactory academic progress in each semester with a minimum GPA of 4.5 and no fail grade in any subject.  
• The scholarship cannot be transferred to another person, semester course or year.
• The students holding Australian Citizenship, New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident cannot apply for the scholarship. 
• If the applicant is successful, he/she will be notified about the scholarship by email. 
• The applicants are also required to pay the remaining balance of tuition on or before the payment due date of each semester.
