Eiffel Scholarship 2020

Sciences Po, France invites applications for Eiffel Scholarship 2020 from Non-European students under 30 years of age. The aim of this scholarship is to support the higher study of meritorious students. Selected students will receive EUR 1,181 monthly as the scholarship award.

Sciences Po, France is offering this scholarship. It is funded by the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs.

To be eligible, an applicant must:

• Be under 30 years of age
• Have applied for graduate programs at Sciences Po
• Have applied for a dual degree in Journalism / Columbia (BAMA) (who are already first-year students at Columbia’s University School of Journalism)
• Be a third-year Sciences Po student
• Be a second-year undergraduate student in one of the partnership programs at Poitiers campus
• Be a first-year graduate student at Sciences Po
• Be admitted last year in the first year as a graduate student (For students who requested a deferral)
• Have received a conditional offer of admission if he/she submit an English test before the scholarship application deadline (For students admitted last year)
• Be a PhD student who is co-supervised or presenting a joint thesis with a partner university
• Be a student admitted to any of the following dual degree programmes -
  • Journalism Sciences Po/Columbia University
  • Sciences et Politiques de I'Environment Sciences Po/Sorbonne Université (only first-year students)
  • Quantitative Economics Sciences Po/ Panthéon Sorbonne Paris I (only first-year students)
  • The Eiffel laureates who graduated in June 2019

• EUR 1,031 per month as the scholarship amount
• EUR 150 per month as an additional amount

The application for the scholarship can be made at the time of admission only. The applicant has to mark the Eiffel scholarship by Sciences Po in the "Financial Information" section of the application form and has to provide the required documents.

The students, who have already taken admission at Sciences Po, have to send their Eiffel Scholarship application by email, directly to the Admissions department by October 20th, 2019.

• A professional project of one or two pages
• Academic transcripts of all of the years of higher education
• ID/Passport
• Language test certificates

Application deadline: 01st November 2020

• The scholarship does not cover tuition fees. Students have to pay their tuition fees on their own.
• If a candidate is studying in two higher education institutions then he/she can submit a single application only.
• Students cannot directly apply for the scholarship. The applications must be made through a higher education institution.
