EPFL School of Life Sciences Summer Research Program 2026

The EPFL School of Life Sciences Summer Research Program 2026 is an opportunity provided by EPFL School of Life Sciences to students pursuing life science related courses. This is a two-month internship that provides an opportunity for the students to be a part of cutting edge research in the field of life sciences. The selected candidates will receive a stipend of CHF 3,600 (₹4,01,113 approx.) for 2 months and other benefits.

EPFL School of Life Sciences is offering this opportunity.

To be eligible, applicants must:-

• have pursued an undergraduate course for at least 2 years
• not have proceeded beyond the first year of master’s programme
• be enrolled in a life science related course, for example biology, bio-physics, chemistry, bio-engineering, bio-informatics, quantitative biology, genetics, medical etc.
• have a GPA of at least 3.75 on a 4.0 scale or be ranked among the top 5% of your class

Selected candidates will receive:-

• CHF 3,600 to cover housing and living costs
• Accommodation in Lausanne near the EPFL campus.
• Travel expenses to and from Switzerland - CHF 1,000 for long-distance flights and CHF 500 for shorter trips

(Note:- Students working in labs located in Geneva receive a higher stipend to cover additional travel costs.)
