The F. M. Kirby Foundation Summer Internship Program is offered by the F. M. Kirby Foundation. To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• be a rising college sophomore, junior, or senior
• have an interest in philanthropy or nonprofit management
• have qualified for need-based financial aid in the previous school year
• maintain a current GPA of 3.2 or higher
• be available for in-office work for 20-25 hours per week
• be available for a consecutive 10-week period from May to August 2026

Note:- Students in any major are welcome to apply.

The selected intern will receive compensation of $23 (approx. ₹2076.24) per hour for approximately 20-25 hours per week and a one-time travel stipend, along with mentorship from the foundation team.
