Female Leaders Alumni Monash Engineering Scholarship 2019

Monash University invites applications from high-achieving female students in Engineering to apply for Female Leaders Alumni Monash Engineering Scholarship 2019. The scholarship aims to support meritorious female students in achieving their goals. One scholarship worth USD 4000 will be given per year to deserving candidates.

The scholarship is being offered by Monash University.

To be eligible for this scholarship, an applicant must-

• Be a female student
• Be an international student, Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen, Australian permanent resident, or Australian humanitarian Visa holder
• Be a currently enrolled full-time student
• Be undertaking her third or fourth year in a single or double degree in the Faculty of Engineering at a Monash campus in Australia

Under this programme, one scholarship will be provided each year. The recipient of the scholarship will receive the following benefits-

• Award worth USD 4000 for one year
• Mentoring for one year, commencing semester two in the year the scholarship is awarded

Follow the below steps to apply-

Step 1: Visit the following link to start the application.
Step 2: Login using the existing account or register as a new user.
Step 3: Select one of the available programs.
Step 4: Provide personal details, email address and click on Continue.
Step 5: Verify the email address and fill in the application form.
Step 6: Upload the required documents and submit the application.

The scholarship recipient will be selected based on the following:

• Academic achievement
• Commitment to community leadership

• Applications open- 13th May 2019
• Application deadline- 28th June 2019

Q. How can an applicant submit the documents?
A. Candidates can either upload the relevant documents on the application portal or send the documents by mail.

Q. Can a candidate update his/her address details after the submission of the application?
A.  No. Applicants cannot change their address details once they submit their application.

Q. What if an applicant does not receive the email with login details?
A. Applicants must check their spam or junk folder. They should also check their email address entered while filling the form. Moreover, they can generate a new mail too.

• This scholarship cannot be deferred.
