The France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship Program 2026 is offered by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to enrol in their Master's and PhD programs. Its purpose is to train future leaders from outside France in priority areas of study. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of up to EUR 2,100 with additional benefits.

Who can apply for this scholarship ?
To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- not exceed the age of 25 years (for Master’s) or 35 years (for Ph.D.)
- be pursuing their respective studies at a French institution
- be pursuing specified disciplinary fields in Science and Technology, and Humanities and Social Sciences
What are the benefits ?
Selected candidates will receive:-
- A monthly allowance of EUR 1,200 (Master’s) and EUR 2,100 (Ph.D).
- Airfare in the least expensive class
- Temporary health insurance
- Housing search assistance
- Cultural activities
Note:- The duration of this scholarship is as follows-
- Master's level:
- a maximum of 12 months when enrolling in an M2
- a maximum of 24 months when enrolling in an M1
- a maximum of 36 months for the completion of an engineering degree
- A maximum of 12 to 36 months for Ph.D. level.
