    What is George Brown College Funded Diploma/Degree Scholarships 2021-22?

    George Brown College, Canada invites applications for George Brown College Funded Diploma/Degree Scholarships from international students pursuing full-time post-secondary programs (diploma or degree) at the college. The scholarship aims to award the eligible returning students. Selected students will receive awards up to CAD 5,000.

    Who can apply for this scholarship ?

    To be eligible, an applicant must:

    • Be an international student with a valid Study Permit
    • Be registered in a full-time 2, 3 or 4-year diploma or degree program
    • Have completed at least two consecutive semesters of study with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 prior to the current semester
    • Have participated in activities that have made a contribution to other students, their academic department and/or the College community in general
    • Has not previously been awarded a scholarship through the George Brown College International Centre

    What are the benefits ?

    Six students will get financial awards worth CAD 5,000 and nine students will get financial awards worth CAD 1,000.

    Follow the steps below to apply for the scholarship:
    Step 1: Visit the link and make login to STU-VIEW portal
    Step 2: Register for the desired program. 
    Step 3:  Switch or Add/Drop Courses.
    Step 4: Pay the Fees.
    Step 5: Book Admission.
    Step 6: Submit your photo and pay your photo-id fees.

    Application deadline: 22nd January 2021

    Terms and Conditions

    • Selected scholarship recipients are not eligible to apply for this scholarship for the second term.
    • All of the recipients are required to have a valid Canadian Social Insurance Number (SIN). 
    • The amount of scholarship award is considered as a part of a student’s taxable income for the year.
