GIST South Korea Scholarship 2026

The GIST South Korea Scholarship 2026 is an opportunity provided by the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST) to international students with a bachelor’s degree. The selected students will receive a tuition fee of KRW 3,805,000 (₹2,41,885 approx.) per semester and other benefits. 

The Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST) is offering this opportunity.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• Be a citizen of any country other than South Korea
• Hold a final degree by the first week of January 2026 for the spring semester
• Have a Bachelor’s degree equivalent to a Korean bachelor’s degree (4 years of study)

The selected candidates will receive:

• Tuition fee -  KRW 3,805,000 (₹2,41,885 approx.)
• Matriculation fee - KRW 6,80,000 (₹42,948 approx.)
• Monthly stipend and research Assistantship 
• One way flight ticket to Korea
• Health insurance covering 60% of the expenses
