    What is HZB International Summer Student Programme 2026?

    The Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin (HZB) Summer Student Program 2025 is an exclusive opportunity for undergraduate and master’s students in science and engineering to gain hands-on research experience in one of Germany’s leading research institutions. Participants will work on cutting-edge projects alongside HZB scientists for 8 weeks during the summer. The selected students will receive up to EUR 1,900 and other benefits.

    Who can apply for this scholarship ?

    To be eligible, an applicant must:-

    • be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in physics, chemistry, material sciences, mathematics, engineering, or related fields
    • have completed at least two years of study at the time of application
    • possess a good command of English 
    • not yet hold a PhD degree
    • have letter of reference
