The John Willett International Scholarship 2026 is offered by Griffith University. The scholarship is a prestigious financial award designed to support outstanding students from Asia pursuing the Master of Global Development program. Selected candidates will receive a 50% tuition fee waiver for up to 2 years.

Griffith University is offering this opportunity. The scholarship was established in memory of Professor John Willett (1922-1993), the founding Vice Chancellor of Griffith University, to honour his work in management education, particularly in Asia.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• be an International student from Asia
• have a minimum GPA of 4.0 or above on a 7-point scale or equivalent in previous studies
• pursue a full-time Master of Global Development program at Griffith Business School
• be a new commencing student in the program starting in Trimester 1, 2026
• satisfy all academic and English language entry requirements for the postgraduate coursework program
• have applied to study the Master of Global Development at Griffith through the scholarship application

Note:- The scholarship is normally offered once every two years. This scholarship is not available for online offerings.

The selected student will receive a 50% tuition fee waiver for postgraduate coursework tuition fees for a maximum period of 2 years (full-time enrollment).
