The Leap Scholarship 2022

The Leap Scholarship 2022 is an opportunity offered by the LeapScholar (a non-profit organization helping students to study abroad) to master's/PGD level course applicants. It is an initiative to encourage and support students who want to pursue higher education abroad. The scholarship provides an opportunity to Indian students to grow both personally and professionally and accelerate their careers in a global environment. The selected candidates will receive up to 100% tuition fee.

LeapScholar is offering the opportunity.

To be eligible, an applicant must - 

• Be a citizen of India
• Be above 21 years of age
• Have a minimum IELTS score of 6 (with 5.5 in each band)
• Have scored more than 60% in 12th standard exams
• Have scored more than 60% (or its equivalent) in undergraduate study
• Be a fresher or have 0-4 years of work experience
• Have an admit from a designated learning institute in the UK, US, Canada, Australia or Ireland
• Have an admit from a full-time program more than 8-month duration
• Have not received any other scholarship/ grant/bursary for the program for which Leap Scholarship is sought

The selected candidates will receive up to 100% tuition fee.

The candidates can apply for the scholarship by following the below-mentioned steps - 
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button and read the details carefully.
Step 2: Navigate to the 'Apply Online' button and sign up.
Step 3: Apply for the 'Leap Scholar Program'.
Step 4: The team will contact the applicant and guide through the process of shortlisting colleges, applying to programs and filing for a student visa.
Step 5: Complete the online application form and submit.

• A conditional offer from a university/college in the UK, the US, Canada, Australia or Ireland
• A personal statement that answers the following questions - 
  • In 500 words or less, what are the career goals/aspirations?
  • In 300 words or less, how will an education abroad help in achieving goals?
  • In 300 words or less, what additional qualities/skills do the applicant have that make the applicant an ideal candidate for this scholarship?

The candidates will be selected based on the program of study, internships, extra-curricular activities and interests, research, and social impact.

Application Deadline - 30th September 2022

Note - The date mentioned above is tentative and may change at the discretion of the provider.

• Results of the Leap Scholarship will be declared after the admission results are declared by the colleges and universities.
• After the application is verified and evaluated, shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by an independent scholarship committee.
