    What is University of Gloucestershire Undergraduate Taught Merit Scholarship 2025?

    University of Gloucestershire Undergraduate Taught Merit Scholarship 2025 is an initiative by the University of Gloucestershire for international students pursuing undergraduate courses. This scheme aims to provide an opportunity to study abroad, and it is designed as a reward for academic excellence, a strong creative portfolio, or relevant work experience. The selected students will receive a tuition fee waiver of £7,500 for three years of study.

    Who can apply for this scholarship ?

    To be eligible, an applicant must:-

    • be self-funded international students
    • be enrolled in an undergraduate campus course (full-time)
    • be selected for a minimum of a 3-year undergraduate taught course 

    Non-Eligibility: PhD, other doctoral qualifications or research Master's degree are not eligible for this award. 

    What are the benefits ?

    Selected students will receive an amount of  £7,500, which will be given as a tuition fee waiver, which will be split over the course of 3 years. A scholarship og £2,500 per annum. 

    Note:- 

    • Applicants can only make one scholarship application in any academic year.
    • If you have previously applied and been unsuccessful, your scholarship application will be rejected. We cannot transfer a scholarship from one academic year to another.

    Terms and Conditions

    • The scholarship is only available for the named programme in the offer letter and beginning in September 2025. 
    • Scholarships are non-transferable.
    • Students must be studying on campus on a full-time undergraduate taught degree for a minimum of 3 years.
    • Applicants must be international fee payers and must be self-funding for at least 100% of the tuition fee. 
    • The Undergraduate Merit Scholarship is valid as a tuition fee waiver split over the 3 years of tuition fees.
    • Excellent work experience and/or portfolio will be considered in addition to grades. 
    • Eligible applicants must have applied and meet the set entry criteria. An interview may be required. 
    • Applicants must accept the scholarship and pay the full advised advanced payment of £4000  by the CAS deadline.
