Vice-Chancellor’s Awards & Cambridge International Scholarships 2021

The University of Cambridge invites applications for Vice-Chancellor’s Awards & Cambridge International Scholarships 2021 from students seeking admissions to PhD programs at the University. While the Vice-Chancellor's Awards are applicable for the UK and EU students, the Cambridge International Scholarships are meant for international students. The aim of the scholarship is to provide full financial support to 250 highest ranked students who are undertaking research to complete their PhD degrees. Selected scholars will receive the university composition fee and maintenance allowance. 

The Cambridge Commonwealth, European & International Trust of University of Cambridge is offering this scholarship.

To be eligible, an applicant must:

• Be a UK/EU student (for Vice Chancellor's Award) or International student (for Cambridge International Scholarship)
• Be taking admission in PhD program in the year 2020-21 at University of Cambridge

A total of 250 students will be selected under this programme who will receive -

• Cover for university composition fee
• Maintenance allowance

Step 3: Login and apply for the program.
Step 4: Go to the funding section of the online application form and express wish to be considered for funding.
 

The university committee will consider the applications from all the disciplines and on the basis of academic qualifications, research potentials and references, the scholarships will be offered to top 250 candidates.

Application deadline: 3rd December 2020 or 7th January 2021 (whichever deadline suits the course applied for)

• If a student avails a full-cost scholarship from any source (excluding Gates Cambridge), he/she won’t be considered for this scholarship.
• The financial condition of students is not a factor for the selection of scholars.
• The scholarship will be awarded in the early months of the academic year.
